Upgraded CPU - no monitor output

Yes checked CPU is compatible. Water cooler so that shouldnt be a problem. And yes I cleaned and re-applied thermal paste.

Powers up and MBO passed tests (i.e. three lights go off). Fans spin but no monitor output.

So far I've tried:-

1. Removing graphics card and plugging vga into onboard
2. Reseting BIOS.

Still the same.

All I can think of next is to replace the existing cpu.

Next step will be
