I've been having problems with my PC randomly freezing (sound lost as well) during games. It can go hours without any problems or it can freeze multiple times in a short time period.

Usually it gets back to normal after a couple of seconds, but games usually crash or get minimized. Everything looks kinda glitchy after that though.
Sometimes I also get a crash when putting a video on fullscreen mode while being in a fullscreen windowed game on my main monitor, only reboot fixes this crash though.
I've been monitoring my temperatures but they are completely normal.
I've also tried completelly reinstalling Windows 10 Pro, but crashes persisted. Memtest86 came back without any errors as well.
PC specs:
- CPU: i5 4690
- GPU: R9 280X
- PSU: Corsair CX600
- Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Performance series
- Memory: Crucial Ballistix 2 x 8GB
