It is ALWAYS best to pick RAM that is on the motherboard qualified list -- http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/#Memory
Also you want to purchase a matched pair of DIMMs. Otherwise you are taking 1/2 the memory bandwidth away from your CPU. Don't purchase a single DIMM and think you can easily add another. It might work or it might not. There is no way to predict.
There are are few Team parts listed in the QVL, the ones you linked are not on the list. Will they work ... probably is the best answer I can give.
