WiFi Adapter won’t work

start with putting in on the front of your case. then go into device manager see if it there. and under networks. if it not there put in in one of the ports in the back if it does not show up it might be bad. try the unit in another pc.

if it an intel mb make sure you installed the intel chipset drivers so the usb ports have the right drivers. also look under your mb driver disk see if there 3 party usb drivers. (asmedia).
for amd mb make sure you installed the newest amd chipset drivers and usb drivers.
if your mb has onboard ethernet in the bios try turning it off see if the wifi icon pops up on the toolbar.
