care to tell the GPU model?
most GPU with 2 fans requires up to 150W, meaning You need additional 6pin power connector to GPU

check if the PSU have the 6pin power connector (tho most new PSU have one)

other than that, i suppose 450W is enough, or 500W

I wouldn't use the PSU in any system, it's garbage. With a 16a 12v rail it's closer to a 200w unit than a 450w unit. A decent 450w would easily be enough, even a good 350w psu would be ok, but unfortunately what you have is a very poor quality 200w psu.

MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti GAMING Twin Frozr IV OC 2GB DDR5 12 or the asus gtx 750 ti ... an answer would be great

That graphics card draws a maximum of 74 Watts during FurMark GPU Stress Testing. That card also doesn't have or require a 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

Based on the CPU that you are using you need a power supply unit that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 15 Amps or greater. Your spacer 450W SPS-ATX-450's +12V current rating is 16 Amps so you're pretty close to the edge. This is assuming that the spacer 450W SPS-ATX-450 is actually able to deliver 16 Amps continuous.

Don't overclock anything. It is up to you whether or not you want to risk your system with that power supply unit.

Dont worry i wont overclock anything, and i dont even want to,so the gaming frozr or the asus one is gonna work correct ?

If the spacer 450W SPS-ATX-450 is actually able to deliver at least 15 Amps or more continuous on its +12V rail then it should work. Most of the power consumed by your system will be from the +12V rail.

And what psu would you recommend me to buy for a MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti GAMING Twin Frozr IV OC 2GB DDR5 12 ?
A not so expensive one.

Where (i.e. country) are you purchasing the PSU from?

Depends on where you are for the US I'd recommend one of these budget units.

Almost as bad as your current unit.
