Question to all of you Ryzen-ram specialists, would going from 2133mhz ram to 3000Mhz fix stuttering, fps drops, and bad performance?

Asus turbo GTX 1060 6GB
amd ryzen 1600x @3.6 Ghz
G.SKILL F4-2133C DDR4 1x8GB (2133mhz)
Toshiba DT01ACA050 500GB
Asus Prime B350M-A
cpu cooler: Arctic Pro Low Noise [silent class II]
[zert. Gaming] Low Noise 650Watt

Im thinking it could be the ram or the hdd, its not a software problem (I already reset windows and reinstalled the drivers).

Kanewolf is correct, need to be running 2 sticks of ram. I would get 16gb to reduce harddrive stress as well. Be careful on what you get check compatibility on Asus website. https://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/PRIME-B350M-A/HelpDesk_QVL/

So I got myself Corsair Vengeance lpx 2x4gb 3000mhz ram, and things only got worse. I launched GTAV and for about 30 seconds I had about 0.5 fps. I ran a benchmark, it completely halted then ran at 75 fps for a split second and then stopped again and repeated the same thing. Looks like my hdd is overloaded, should I get another 2 x 4 gb ram kit, or maybe an ssd? Please help me, It seems like everything I get makes my pc worse.

edit: Video of how it looks like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60XcsXd6YZU&
Edit 2: Scrap all that, thank you guys for your help its all fine now (One of the ram sticks was not installed correctly)
