I just got a SSD and it is recognized in bios and device manager, they said it is working correctly. It is not being recognized in Disk Management. I want to put Windows 10 on the SSD so it boots faster.

I was going to use macrium reflect free and transfer over the whole HDD to the SDD but it had 500+ GB on it so I resetted my computer to factory new, and when I opened disk management it was no longer there but its there in device management saying It works correctly

Then something in the factory settings has messed with it.

But...if you've just done a Factory reset, and the system is now back to original factory out of the box conditions...why not just do a clean install on the new SSD?
Of course, after you get it actually working.

The Sdd would not show up in the installing windows 10 either, problems started when I deleted everything off my computer with my SSD and HDD connected could that be the problem?

Possibly.

Power off
Disconnect the HDD
Connect the SSD DATA cable to the same port the HDD was in.
Power up and boot from your OS install media.

What happens?

your SSD is brand new right? there is a way to migrate your hdd to ssd but since you have already deleted everything. lets do this instead.
just physically remove your HDD and replace it with your SSD drive. btw, you have to have a USB windows installer. so when your system boots up. go to the boot menu and select the UEFI USB. the windows installer will detect your SSD and you will be asked to format it first before you can select it as your System drive. and the windows install will begin normally.

can you tell us the SSD and MOBO you are using btw? exact model name if possible./

before you do anything for your SSD install, maybe try to go to your MOBOs site and downloading all the latest drivers and BIOS if needed. i think you can also download the APP center which is a good easy utility to keep your drivers up to date if you havent already.
