Hi, I recently bught new components to my computer and while testing it in multilple games I am a bit afraid that something is wrong.
Specs:
CPU i5 7400
MSI GTX 1060 6GB
MOTHERBOARD MSI Krait B250
BALLISTIX SPORT 2x8GB DDR4-2400
POWER SUPPLY CORSAIR 450W

Those are the games I tested:
Crysis 3:
Antyaliasing: FXAA, all settings set to High, 1080p, Vsync : On
In first location I get about 55fps with drops to even 40fps
CPU Usage: about 95%, GPU Usage: about 70%

Crysis 1:
Antyaliasing: OFF, all settings set to Very High. 1080p, Vsync : On
Similar with Crysis 3 in first location about 55fps with drops to even 45,40(explosions, sometimes just randomly)
CPU Usage: about 60%, GPU Usage about 60%

Black ops 3 zombie:
Render resolution: 70%, Antyaliasing set to OFF, 1080p, Vsync : On, other settings set to medium.
About 58fps with drops to 55 or sometimes 50fps.
CPU Usage: 95%-100%, GPU Usage 60%

In all of those games I get also mouse lags.
I just want to know if that's normal and there is nothing wrong with my components and system. I thought that with those components I would get better performance. If you need some logs or maybe points in some benchmark, just tell me. I would be glad if someone with similar specification would tell me something.

Solution
I think I fixed it. I did:
1. Disabled some windows services
2. Disabled Xbox DVR
3. Cleaned temp folder
4. Disabled all aplications in autostart
5. Disabled full screen optimalization in games I mentioned before.

Now, I get:
Crysis 3:
60 fps with sometimes drops to 55 in the same location as before

Black Ops 3 zombie:
Now i maxed out all settings(resolution set to 2560x1080) and I get mostly 60 fps(sometimes there is a drop to 55)

In all of those games I also disabled V-sync and enabled it in nvidia control panel.
Crysis 1 actually has performance similar to before, I don't really know why, but I dont care for now.

Issue can be closed
