I have a problem that I'm not sure if applies to my SSD or Motherboard. If I connect my Samsung EVO to my SATA 3 Gb/s, it boots fine. However, when I connect it to SATA 6 Gb/s, it will detect the SSD during the booting process, but then will say "No bootable devices." I am not sure what the problem is, as I am sure the cable is 6 Gb/s capable.

Motherboard - MSI MicroATX 760GMA-P34

Solution
The SATA 6 Gb/s are provided by the ASMEDIA 1061 controller. The SATA 3 Gb/s are provided by the AMD SB710 controller. Are both controllers set in AHCI mode? The ASMEDIA drivers have been installed?
