Hello, im new here on the tomshardware forums so sorry if i do any mistakes. :)

I ran into a problem today when building my PC, i finished everthing and i tried to boot it, it began to reboot loop for some odd reason. Ive only used 2 parts from this build and the rest is new and never used. Specs below!

CPU - i7 6700k
GPU - EVGA SC GTX 1060
PSU - Corsair RM650X 650W
CPU Fan - Cooler master hyper evo 212
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-H110M-DS2 (Yes my CPU is supported)
RAM - Ballistix Sport 2x4 GB Kit WHITE
Storage - 1TB HDD and a 250 GB SDD
Case - P400 Eclipse
OS - Windows 10 (not installed yet)
(Yes some of that in the list is unnessicary to list)

Im sure the GPU and the PSU is not the problem, used in my old build. The mobo lights up for like 10 seconds same with front panel lights, that shuts down, lights up again and does that over and over again, same with all the fans they spin then stop then spin again.

ive gone through everything in the "sticky" list of reboot loops and no display, ive also tried reseating every SINGLE part of the pc.
If anyone had this problem that got it solved or someone that knows the problem, please tell me. :)

Im planing to try another mobo aswell.

Yep neither with none or just one works, it doesnt even make the memory problem beep. I have no clue what it could be

The motherboard buzzer would look like this

Another troubleshooting step would be a BIOS reset. Look for a small round button battery on the board. Unplug the PC from the outlet, and gently remove the battery using a small tool to push a metal clip holding one side of the coin battery. Leave it out for about two minutes, then try to restart.

i straightened it, but doesnt look like anything has changed. If i remove the CPU Power Connector the motherboard blinks and the fans keep spinning all the time, and when the power connector is in the fans loop
