I have a 4690K paired with a Hyper 212 EVO and I would like to overclock it. I have heard that it has gotten to 4.8GHz before, but I don't know what voltage to set it to in order to achieve that frequency. My idle temps are about 35~40, my load temps are 50~56 (are these temps normal and will my 212 be able to handle an overclock to 4.8?) If I could get some tips on how to go about doing this that would be great. Thanks in advance.

An i5-4690K at 4.8GHz is extraordinarily high or lucky.

Mine got up to 4.6 but it was semi unstable.
I backed down to 4.5GHz, but left it at 1.27V that I used for 4.6.
My temps are at 35C idle, 60C load, 70C max, but I have a much bigger air cooler. Thermalright Macho rev. B.
