W Key Not Working on New Mechanical Keyboard

I just got a new Reidea KM06 but the W key doesn't work properly. For example, in a game, you'd be running and then, all of a sudden, you would stop and have to press it again and it ould happen in the next second and you would just quit the game because it is unplayable. Don't even get me started on typing. Please help.

See if it's propperly connected, next try a Key Remapper application to renew the registry key, and refresh the key function.. restart the computer afterwards and if it doesn't help, the keyboard is probably deffective and you should be able to have it exchanged under warranty.
