So i plan on buying a half decent pc for gaming,so i was wondering if i could use my old psu: CHIEFTEC CTG-500-80P 500W
Is that psu gonna be enough? Do you think i should go for some other components or this is fine?
And should i wait for 2018 releases since i'm not in rush of buying a pc.(i heard ryzen 2nd generation was coming out). Thanks for replys in advance.

this is the build i wanna get:
cpu: ryzen 3 1200
ram: Corsair CMK8GX4M2B3200C16R8GB (2x4GB) 3200MHz CL16
mb: ASRock AB350M PRO4 or ASROCK AB350M(diffrence is 10$)
gpu: INNO3D GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI COMPACT
hdd is from old pc as well,640gb.

Solution

there is rumor about Ryzen 2 price is going to be cheaper, but currently at Ryzen 7 series, dont know about Ryzen 5 series or lower
about GPU, i haven't into any GPU news lately, but Inno3D Gefore GTX 1050 Ti Compact should...

your choice of build is fine, tho i dont recommend you using your old PSU as you say its old, how old is the PSU?

and if you are not in rush, then maybe you should wait for ryzen 2 come out, so you can save up and get a new plan

6-7 years,i'm not sure. I mean i tried to save a little by using old case, psu and hdd. i guess ill get all of them new as well when buying those.
Do you know if there is going to be a cheap ryzen 2 like ryzen 3 1200 and is there any new budget friendly gpu's coming next year?
