Is my motherboard a 7.1 audio card?

clearly youve never used a 3.5mm jack to a RCA for surround sound speakers or amp. 
its an HD audio controller and the version of realtek is a 8-channel as specified in the specs of that motherboard. or use a HDMI cable to port the sound to another hardware.

It's not 7.1, there are stereo out, mic in and line in ports on the io...
EDIT: Even if the audio chip would be 8 channel, there are ports for all the channels.

You need a device between if you want to use hdmi audio for non-display speakers, but I have never heard that you could connect speakers into microphone in jacks or line in jacks. And for 7.1 where are the side speakers going to be plugged in, you only have 3 jacks.
EDIT:
I read a bit more about this and there doesn't seem to be any soundcards or mobo that have integrated audio that have the capability to use input jacks as output jacks because they are differently.
