I bought a new laptop, it is connected to my modem with WiFi. I never had any problems with WiFi before, but now I noticed that when I watch youtube, after 3-5 mins my Wifi connections breaks. and it breaks not only for my laptop, but I also cannot connect to my modem with my mobile phone. Resetting network adapter doesn't help. I turn off my modem, wait 10secs, turn it on again and it works fine. Then if I keep watching youtube, after 3-5 mins again the same problem arises. And I need to repeat the same process once again to make it work. But if for example I just surfing the web, not watching anything, even now as I am writing, my connection works just fine.

My question would be: can this problem be somehow related to my laptop? I actually doesn't think so, because all other devices that are connected to the same modem with Wifi also disconnects. But I am not a WiFi Guru, so I can be wrong.

This is my Laptop specs:
Model: hp envy x360 15-bq052na
Network adapter: Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter
Operating system: Windows 10 Home 64bit

Modem: pirelli drg a125g

Currently 2 laptops are connected to the same modem with wifi, one with enthernet cable and one mobile phone is connected with wifi.

Solution
have you tried updating all your drivers and BIOS to the latest. not all brand-new laptop come with all the latest version pre-installed. try it and see if it will fix itself.

be sure the HP support assistant is installed on your PC. it will alert you if any security patches/versions that needed to be installed on your laptop as wel..
