Sorry for the newbee question I'll be using the Phanteks Eclipse p400s case that has LED sync on MSI, Asus and Gigabyte sync as shown on the products specs on their website. I'll be using the Asrock Fatality b250 gaming K4 Motherboard. Would the led of case and motherboard sync with each other using the software i'll download for the motherboard?

first, what do you mean by sync? color sync? timing sync?
if color, then you can try to match the LED color of your AsRock to the Case LED
if timing, then no, they will not match in timing

afaik, LED timing is auto done by the system, one may change color every 0.3s, other may change every second
