Good day to the community.
First of all, please, accept my wishes for these days.

I have recently acquired four sets of the OCZ Platinum OCZ2P10664GK DDR2-1066, 4GB RAM.

I wish to use them to build one and perhaps two PCs, based on the folllowing basic hardware:
- Motherboard: Asus P5Q Pro Turbo or Gigabyte GA-EX38-DS5
- CPU: Intel Xeon X5492 or Intel C2 Extreme QX9650

Initially, I know that all of the above mentioned are old hardware, however their careful matching can create a decent PC that will provide me with an "above-average" performance. Therefore, my question(s) has (have) to be considered accordingly.

Well, according the RAM specs, these DIMMs are supposed to run at 2.1V DRAM voltage. Having read the manual of the Asus P5Q Pro Turbo, I can see that it provides extensive BIOS settings, allowing the user to adjust the DRAM voltage to the one specified for the OCZ DIMMs. Specifically, in the Section 3.5 "Ai Tweaker menu" and at the related paragraph: 3.5.17 DRAM Voltage, the manual says:
Default setting: [Auto]
(It) Allows you to set the DRAM voltage. The values range from 1.80V to 3.08V with a 0.02V interval.

Accordingly, the Gigabyte GA-EX38-DS5 manual, in the Section 2-9 "MB Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)" and in paragraph "DDR2 OverVoltage Control", it says:
(It) Allows you to set memory voltage.
>> Normal Supplies the memory voltage as required. (Default)
>> +0.05V ~ +1.55V Increases memory voltage by 0.05V to 1.55V at 0.05V increment.
.

There are other voltage settings as well, in both manuals, but for the moment I don't want to get involved with them and I am thinking to let all settings to "Auto" or "Normal", unless of course there is a necessity to deal with them.

With all above in mind, here are my questions:
- Which motherboard is the optimal to use?
- Given that I want to use the Gigabyte (for building at least one PC with it), will it be possible to use the OCZ RAM with it? If yes, What do I have to do with the voltage setting? Shall I have to leave it at the "Normal" setting or do I have to increase it to its spec (2.1V)? And if I have to, will I be able to reach it?
- Finally, will it be necessary to deal (adjust) other voltages in BIOS settings on any of the above motherboards?

Some additional information for your guidance:
- The Memory QVL of the Asus includes the OCZ OCZ2N10662GK(EPP) [2048MB(Kit of 2)], which seems to be the 2GB equivalent for the 4GB kit of mine.
- The Gigabyte Memory QVL does not include any OCZ model at all.

I would very much appreciate your suggestions.
