I just built a new system with my asus prime x370 pro mother board and got seagate 2tb SSHD as mentioned above.
It spins, but its not detected in BIOS, i cant load windows 10 so i cant really check anything else as its my only drive.
I changed SATA cables
tried all 8 SATA ports on my mother board
updated Mother board BIOS to the latest one
enabled Hot plug
tried to download windows 10 straight and it was not detected there either.
Everything is brand new and the SSHD doesnt have any missing pins or anything.
Do i need to call the retailer ? cause at this point i'm pretty certain its a faulty drive.
I would like to try everything before i blame the retailer for selling me a faulty product.
