I need an I5 Processor that doesnt bottleneck and GPU's and for a good price. I wont use it for overclocking. I just need a i5 that runs games smoothly and doesnt bottleneck my GPU. What should I get?

The i5-7500, i5-7600k, i7-7700 or i7-7700k would all work. None of them are likely to bottleneck your video card. The "K" chips work fine on your motherboard. It is just that they have the ability to overclock that the lower end ones do not. You can ignore this feature and just get them because they are faster (if you want). Those "K" chips do come with a hidden cost. They do not include a CPU cooler and so you would have to buy that separately.

If you have a motherboard, you can use
https://pcpartpicker.com/
to find a compatible CPU.

If you do not have a motherboard, I would recommend:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
CPU: Intel - Core i5-8400 2.8GHz 6-Core Processor ($199.89 @ B&H)
Motherboard: MSI - Z370-A PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($106.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $306.87

Assumptions are you have ddr4 ram and a budget of at least 310.

Quad cores are starting to show limitations in certain titles which is why both amd's ,& Intel's newer mid ranges are 6 or 8 thread chips.

Personally id pair a locked i7 7700 with your components if you have the budget & you'll be set for a few years then.

If you dont , then the i5 7500 or 7600 will do a decent job
