Which pc build is better for gaming?

The builds are similar, but I need to know which one is best for the most fps and general performance. The price doesn't really matter since I can afford both.

Their both using the same processor and video card (just a different model) so the performance should be about the same.

You've got some big component switches between the two but on an actual performance theyre fairly identical.

For me it would be build 1 but with build 2's ram & either way I'd pick a better psu than either of those listed.
