My computer reboots itself after I have turned it off

I have had my pc for over a year now and yesterday I installed a bluetooth/wireless card, an ASUS PCE-AC55BT Wireless AC1200 Dual-Band PCI-E Adapter with Bluetooth to be exact. I watched someone on youtube install it and he said he didn't need any drivers or anything because it has the drivers pre-installed on windows 10. So I took his word and installed the hardware and didn't bother with the drivers. It seemed to be working fine for the entire day, I could connect to Wi-Fi without an ethernet cable and I could connect to my phone over bluetooth.

So I thought all was well until I had to turn my computer off. Then about 3-5 seconds later my computer started up again. I was quite confused so I then spent about an hour looking for a solution. I even installed the drivers onto my computer but it said a later version is already installed on this device. I tried everything I looked to see if windows had an update or any of my drivers and I was trying to troubleshoot everything but, my computer kept telling me that everything was working fine. So I kept trying to shut it down and it just kept booting up.

I got quite annoyed with this so inbetween that period of my computer shutting down and booting itself back up again I switched the powerpoint off. I started it back up in the morning and again it was working fine... until I shut it down again and the same problem persisted. I have now just done the same thing as last night by switching it off by the powerpoint.

If anybody has a clue to what is going on I would very much appreciate it, thanks in advance.
