CPU Overheating problem

For christmas i wished for a new CPU cooler though i had a problem with my computer. When i turned it on in a matter of minutes it went up to 83 degrees and shut down accordning to Speccy. At first i thought it was my thermal paste had dried. But i changed it and replaced my old one i got this Christmas. But i still have the exact same problem. It can run in falsesafe mode but not When i turn it on normally.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

Whats your case clearence, from socket to sidepanel that you opened? If its more than 150mm(15CM) i would suggest Cryorig H7 or if its smaller case 130mm http://www.cryorig.com/m9_us.php#spec

My CPU cooler have the same dimensions as the cryorig so i dont think that is the problem

Well then you can, but do you have intake exhaust fans? And whats your previous cpu cooler?

It was a stock cooler from AMD, i figuered that might had Bern the problem, but it wasnt :/0

Well Cryorig H7 and one exhaust fan it should help keep your temps in touch (under 65-70 or less).

Well yeah, but i recently got a new one and i dont think that is the problem, i dont think it would make any diffrence even if i have a very good CPU cooler
