I have set the voltage to 1.34 but when I got on HWMONITOR it is hitting a maximum voltage of 1.41 on the CORE VID and the VCORE which is 0.67 so which is right and how do I correct it.

Also can I have advise on how to get the best performance out of my computer and what setting I should change in bios to do this. I know that each cpu is different when it comes to overclocking but I just wanted some advise on what setting I should change and what I should do to get the best I can out of the computer.

CPU- i7 8700k
RAM- Hyperx 2133mhz 16gb
motherboard - ASUS Z370i
GPU- Gigabyte gtx 1060 6gb

I will let someone answer your overclock question. My opinion is that you don't need to overclock. Your default 8700K is most likely already max out your GTX1060. Download MSI afterburner and check CPU/GPU usage to confirm.
