My PC suddenly have this stuttering problem. Like for example, when I move my mouse to the left, the cursor would go to the left but there's a slight delay, it skipped the animation of the cursor when it moves and it happens a lot. Also, I get audio stuttering when this happen. My CPU temp is 50c Degree on Idle and goes over 60c Degree when on full load. Program that I use to monitor it is HWmonitor.

My Spec:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 @3.4Ghz
RAM: Adata 4GB 1600Mhz
GPU: Zotac GTX 1050Ti OC Edition
Mobo: Asus H61M-E
PSU: Dazumba 450 Watt

It happens not long after I overclocked my GPU once using MSI Afterburner, but game crashed. So I have undo the overclock. It's also not long after I replaced my CPU from i3-3240 to i7-3770. The problem gone sometimes but it is back again. I really need your help.

Pardon my bad English.

Solution
Problem solved. It was my Core i7-3770 CPU heating up. No more problem occurs after I replaced my stock CPU fan with a new Air Cooler with an Arctic Silver 5 pasted on it.

It's the default audio driver. I clean reinstall my windows and it still happens. Sometimes it is gone and my mouse cursor would move smoothly. Took apart everything. Cleaned everything. Tried without Video Card. Tried Safe Mode. Tried disconnecting internet. All of them still suffer from the same problem.

So you're saying it's my mobo? I've been using it for 2 years without problems. Do you think it's because of my new i7 CPU? Cuz It started happening after I switched my CPU.
