Hello all! so i am probably going to upgrade my desktop components soon. here are my only 2 options:
1. stick with my i5 4570,8gb ram and upgrade my gpu to a gtx1060 and get a 1080p monitor.
2. upgrade to i3 8100(so will need new mobo as well and 8gb ddr4 ram), upgrade to a gtx1060 but stick with my 900p monitor.
As far as i know, my i5 4570 is equal in performance to an i3 8100. so which option do you think will be better? would like to hear some expert opinions.
