Hey there, im having trouble with my pc, ever since i got it its really loud, and the after a while i really got pissed off with it and started looking for the answer to why is it so loud, i installed CPUID HW MONITOR and corsair link, and both of those programs showed me that one of my fans is running at 2110 RPM pretty much all the time when im in game, and 1700 RPM when im not in any game; screenshots down below

I tried changing the fan speed in Corsair link, yet whenever i use ANY value, the fan doesnt slow down nor speed up.
is there a way to fix this?
