So My specs right now are PSU:500W
My Current Specs are
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 CPU 3.10GHZ 4 CORE

MotherBoard: Intel Corporation DQ67OW AAG28716-307 Chipset Sandy Bridge

Ram: 4x4 16gb DDR3 Ram

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050TI 4gb GDR5

SSD: 120GB
HARD DRIVE: 2TB

I have an extra £245 (Which is around $327) and i was looking for some new better parts to build. All Help is appreciated and i am hoping to get intel not amd if possible thanks! Really im looking to upgrade my cpu and motherboard but i don't know whats good or not

Solution
A good is enough for a GTX1060 that has a single 6-pin PCIe connection. A junk 600W PSU-shaped object might smoke randomly on no more than the GTX1050Ti you have.
CPU+Motherboard+RAM is essentially a rebuild; you may need a new Windows license as well. RAM is pricey these days; especially to keep 16GB. If you are not concerned about game performance, you probably want to wait until you have another $150-$200.
$327 will not completely rebuild your system. What does not run as well as you'd like? Is your PSU of good quality? If it is, the biggest performance gain you'd get from games is to get a GTX1060. If it's low on space, another decent idea (you can't do both) is to get a larger SSD.

Hi, these are all very good specs but if anything I would say that your GPU would be the component to upgrade. I would recommend a gtx 1060, any brand. Also, don't forget to buy a new power supply as I presume you would like a gaming pc rather than a campfire:lol:. I would recommend a 650W power supply, this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020098-UK-PLUS-Power-Supply/dp/B00PGUSEBG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1514328859&sr=8-1&keywords=650w+psu. Your budget is perfect for this upgrade as this will all cost about £245, maybe knock off a fiver or tenner if you shop smart. Your ram is fine.

Ok thanks!

I edited my post; somehow my fingers got ahead of my brain; I meant to say a good 450W PSU is sufficient for a GTX1060. In fact, that's what I'm running now, and I'm not sure I've seen a load over 126W, but then I don't have any really demanding games either.
