Is the AMD Phenom ll X6 1055T enough to encode 1080p 60fps?

I'm planning to use an old computer that I own as a streaming computer for a dual streaming setup. The best CPU that the old motherboard supports is the Phenom ll X6 1055T. Is this CPU powerful enough to encode 1080p 60fps streaming in OBS? (PS: I already have a gaming PC I don't need a GPU)

It's definitely enough. From my understanding, if you are using separate machines for gaming and streaming then your secondary machine that's used doesn't really need to be that powerful. A Phenom II X 6 Would be fine.
