Hey guys,
I want the most fps and I want to know which gives the best performance
amd fx 8350 (stock, no oc)
or
intel i5 3470

i prefer to go for i5 3470, for lower power consumption,
there has been cases where AMD FX melts the 4pin connector, because of its high power consumption

although you may get a higher intel by saving some bucks

in games that use single-core, i5 one give more fps as its single core clock speed is higher
in games that use multi-core, AMD FX wins
but in power consumption, i5 one uses much lower than AMD FX, as FX is a power hungry beast

i suppose AMD FX wins if multi-core rendering is enabled, it might adds around 15fps in performance
