So, I have been having this issue for a while now, it's not every day but it happens sometimes. My ram goes 100% usage even when I'm not doing anything that uses that much ram. and it will stay at 100 and lag everything. even if you were to add the stuff up in task manager it most likely wouldn't equal out to the amount being used. A Simple restart will fix the issue, but I would like a permanent fix. I believe it is a ram leakage issue and would like to know if anyone can help. there are some pictures of my task manager so you guys can see. http://prntscr.com/hsquzs

You have a program that is eating ram. Don't use that program and the ram leakage will stop. Looks like java related based on your task bar.

The other option is you could be confusing SuperFetch and ram leakage. But that wouldn't lag the computer down. All SuperFetch does is load files into the ram that it thinks you will most likely use. It does this until your ram is full. However while it is doing this, your harddrive is being accessed which could give the appearance of "slowness"

You're running an application that isn't coded correctly, and has a memory leak. Nothing to do with your hardware. Close any running programs one by one to see which one is the culprit. (e.g. the Java application, skype, discord, bluestacks, etc.
