i5 8400 gtx 1060 vs ryzen 5 1600 gtx 1070ti

I am in big problem . If I choose I5 8400 (in my budget) I can buy GTX 1060 or RX 580 8GB(USED) . If I choose ryzen 5 1600 I can choose GTX 1070ti . I heared that i5 8400 is beast . Plz help me . I'll appricate that if you guys help me . Another thing I am going to do only gaming .

ah, thats the cause hmm,
well then, afaik i5 8400 and ryzen 5 1600 performs almost equally
if you gonna be only gaming, then go for I5, streaming/editing, then R5
what matters now lies in the GPU,
as GTX1070Ti is completely outperforms both GTX 1060 or RX 580
there you go, but note that other components might affects

In my country z370 mobo price is much higher . Otherway b350 mobo is much cheaper than z370 mobo . In my budget if I buy i5 8400 and a z370 mobo I have only money left to buy gtx 1060 & rx 580 or if I buy ryzen 5 1600 with b350 mobo I can buy gtx 1070ti .
