Can I upgrade my Dell pc with a GT 1030?

Hi. I have a Dell inspiron 3650 (Intel(R) core(TM) i5-6400, 8gb ram, gt 730) can i upgrade this pc with a Gt 1030? Does the video card fits in the chase? is it compatible? i know i can't chage the power supply.
Sorry but this is my first experience with a desktop.

If this is the PC Case GT 1030 will fit.

Since GPU length is max 7' and PC case length is: 12'

the only problem might be the motherbord support, you have to check if it supports: PCIe 3.0 because 1030 is requiring it. and 730 runs on: PCI Express 2.0.

https://ark.intel.com/products/90590/Intel-H110-Chipset if this is your chipset then you may have some bottlenecks or cannot benefit from GPU performance 100%... but it will still run with that GPU.
