What to upgrade? Budget build: G4560, RX460, 8GB RAM

Hey guys. I'm saving up money to upgrade my Pc. Its a budget build and I've been wondering what parts I should upgrade. This is basically it: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/gjx93F
I play games like CS:GO and GTA 5 but getting only around 40-50 fps average on low settings made me decide to save up. CS:GO is fine with max settings and 150+ fps. The Pentium is most likely bottle necking my build as GTA is suppose to need a quad core but the pentium has hyper threading allowing it to run. What would you guys I should upgrade?

Can check with MSI Afterburner what is going to 100% usage,gpu or cpu and make a decision based on that. Thought in this case the gpu would be the first to upgrade.

Run GTA V With the resolution as low as possible. If your framerate is fine there, your CPU is not bottlenecking and upgrading the CPU is unnecessary. If this was the case, upgrading your gpu or decreasing graphical settings would improve your framerates.

Thats the issue there. Anything below my native 1080p gives me a blur in text and images which I hate. Luckily GTA 5 is one of those games where is playable below 60fps. I’ll rather lose fps then lower resolution.

It is just a temporary decrease of resolution to identify the bottleneck. You can change it back after.
