No signal after BIOS update

I let the update fully complete, and the screen worked once to give me some sort of "press f1 to confirm" or something like that, but now I get no signal from gpu or the motherboard. Ive tried the cmos jumpers but nothing has worked. Any help?

Try unplugging the power cord and removing the CMOS battery for a minute. If still no go, no other idea. Maybe you'll find some second hand boards on ebay. Or, build a new pc.

I have an Dell Alienware X51 V2 Mini-itx Intel Desktop Motherboard 6G6JW.

And yes, tested it removed and with 2 different graphics cards
