AMD FX-8350 CPU PROBLEMS help pls :(

Hello i have problem with my pc. When i play game (overwatch,bf1,pubg)
I play this game with 70-80 fps and after 10 or 20 seconds from 70 fps to 20 for 5-6 seconds and again 70)
CPU: FX-8350 4.0GHZ
GPU: Palit GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 3X4 1600MHZ
PSU: 550W
Cooler: HYPER 212 EVO

What are your temperatures, of both the CPU and any sensors on your motherboard? The free utility HWMONITOR may be obtained to check this. What motherboard do you have?

Your symptoms are consistent with something overheating, either the CPU or the VRMs on your motherboard. Is this a new problem with these games, or are the games new and this is what happens when you try to play them? If the former, use a pressurized duster (not a vacuum cleaner, which produces static!) to clean out the fins of your heat sink. With your system turned off, the CPU fan should turn easily; if it does not, its bearings may have given up the ghost. You'll need a new PWM fan to replace it (but can use the same tower).

Also, what is the make/model of your 550w PSU?

Is that the CPU temp, or the board temp? Does your case have good airflow through it (i.e. not just all exhaust or all intake, but a flow). I see that your board has heatsinks on its VRMs, but they do need airflow to work.

Uh oh, although a good 300W PSU would run your system, I've never heard of that brand, making me think "PSU-shaped object." Still, I'd expect it to cause crashes, not momentary slowdowns, if it weren't up to the job.

That model number may indicate its "true" capacity. I don't find Delux listed at http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/PSUReviewDatabase.html, further suggesting it's an off-brand with a liar-label slapped on it.

This is VERY likely a contributor to the problem. If the PSU can't handle providing sustained good power, these sorts of throttling-like symptoms will occur.
