AMD Quad Core Only Shows 2 Cores

So I got a new Quad Core for Christmas and the first day I installed it, it said 4 cores, but now it only displays 2(in task manager, CPU-Z, and boot menu).

Specs:
AMD Athlon X4 860K Quad Core Prossesor
Gigabyte F2A68HM-H
16GB DDR3
Radeon RX 460 4GB
Windows 10 Home 64x

I dont know your bios. Try searching for CPU core controll or something like that. Otherwise, just take a look at everything that has to do with CPU and if it says something with disabled cores ore so, send a screenshot.
