Should I upgrade? If so, what?

So guys I recently got myself an Asus strix 1070 and was wondering now that I have this card maybe I should start upgrading my other parts as well. My current specs:
Cpu Intel i5 6500
Gpu Gtx 1070 strix
MB: asus h110 me/m2
RAM: geil evo x 16gb
Psu FSP hexa+ 450w
Case: Tecware f3
Monitor: pathetic 21.5in 1080p 60hz

My current pay is abt USD500 (part time) a month so I can say the strix 1070 was quite an investment.

Im just pondering my next move now bcos it looks like now that i have the new gpu, my cpu could use an upgrade to match the gpu and that would require maybe a new motherboard, and also a beefier psu etc etc. Not to mention a monitor upgrade so as to reap the benefits of a strix 1070...
My biggest issue is my budget so should i just suck it up and be happy with what i have or should i upgrade? If so, which upgrades should i prioritise?

70 degrees is not hot for a gpu while under load

your motherboard is fine because you can upgrade to a i7 7700

of course you also really want to invest in a good 500w+ power supply

power supply first
get a decent unit

then a 1440p monitor

you dont need a new motherboard, drop in a i7 7700

I can't find a statement from ASUS on the minimum recommended PSU for that GPU, but a 450w power supply seems a little light. I suggest protecting that significant investment with a decent power supply.

What do you guys think of the i5 6500 cpu/mobo? Are they fine for my current specs and maybe 1 or 2 years from now?

And should I bother about my PC case? It's a bit small so it causes the strix 1070 to reach temps of about 70c when gaming but otherwise it doesn't impact my experience.
