Shall I upgrade gpu or cpu!

Hey guys, I stupidly bought an alienware x51 around 4 years ago now and want to upgrade it.
My Specs :
Nvidia GTX 750TI
I5-4460 @ 3.20GHz
8gb of RAM

As christmas has just went past i have around 300 pound to spend! This is the question. Would you recommend me to upgrade my GPU or CPU. I bought the new WWII and haven't been satisfied with the performance.Same with PUBG. If you recommend me to upgrade my CPU , could you please recommend me what one to buy! For GPU I believe i will go for the 1050ti!

you should upgrade your GPU first
your 750ti is a very weak GPU (by today's standard). So try the GPU first, then see where you're at. Make sure your PSU can handle it. GTX1060 would be the favorite of this picking

And for the GPU I recommend you to go with the gtx 1060 3GB, not becaouse the 1050ti is that bad, only cuz for the upcoming games in 2018 you'll need the 1060 for a good and smooth gaming performence on 1080p verry high. Check out this one:

Would a 1050ti work inside my PC though? Why do i need to buy a power brick when a GTX 960 can run perfectly fine on my PC. I thought a 1050 TI has low power consumption?

a 1050 ti would not be worth the money if you already have gtx 960, sidegrade mostly

if you are already running a 960, then check the wattage of the power brick

what are you currently running?

if you already have the 330w power brick, then drop in a gtx 1060

No I have the 750 ti . I dont want to spend to much money but want to be able to run most games medium - high. So a 1050ti seems like a good upgrade?
