Monitor went black after an hour of gaming tower won't force power off

So I'm playing Battlefield 1. In the middle of a cutscene my monitor just stops showing the image, keyboard and mouse LEDs cut off. My computer is still on as the fans are spinning and led in case are on. I can't force shut down. I hold down the power button for way longer than needed, nothing happens. Been like this for five minutes now. Any idea what's happening.

Now let me add. I have a GTX 1050 Ti FTW but it's not installed cause I am waiting on a concertos so I can hook it up to my monitor. I am... well was using an AMD R7 260x. I am well aware this isn't too good of a GPU

Uninstall the 260x and install the 1050ti to see if you get video. If you can't do that just use the integrated graphics on the motherboard for troubleshooting.
