I have a asus strix 1050ti and i need to know what overclocking programme to use and what settings i should put to overclock
need help for gpu overclocking

As Robert Ban said.
To overclock, while running a game or a stress test like Unigine Heaven, slowly bump the core clock up by 25MHz at a time until the display crashes or starts doing weird things. Back down by 25MHz to where it was stable (maybe 50MHz just in case).
Repeat with the memory, slowly increasing by 50MHz. When you start getting graphical errors or the display crashes, back down by 50MHz.
You should then have a stable overclock.

Use msi afterburner, you have to run a game while overclocking cause GPU boost doesn't work on kombustor and Furmark, but test in games, target with boost atleast 1950Mhz (+130) core and 4200mhz(+700) on memory.
