Upgrade Cpu or Gpu

So I'm wondering what would have a bigger impact on gaming, upgrading my cpu or gpu, specs will be below. I'm fairly new to this, and am looking to spend only between 100 to 200, hopefully. Socket type is AM3+. Any help is appreciated!

RX 460
FX 4300

Ok. I definitely have considered getting a new motherboard and a Ryzen processor, maybe a 3 just for starters. Would I be able to run the RX 460 with that until I have enough cash for a new Graphics Card?
