New pc won’t turn on at all. (No fans spinning) (No lights)

I just built my first pc and I’m almost positive everything is plugged in correctly. However when I power it on nothing happens no fans spinning or anything, but when I put my ear up to the power supply I can here a buzzing sound only when it’s powered on. If anyone could please help me that would be greatly appreciated.

Plug in some molex fan/leds/etc. into your Power supply, and on the motherboard connector short the green and black wire.
If the fan/leds/etc start working, your PSU is fine, and something else is wrong.
