A Budget Solution to my Computer's Problems with Gaming

So my games aren't running very well, Battlefield One barely manages 30 fps on lowest settings, and I have these problems with some of my other games. I would like to know what I should do to get my games to run better, and if I need new parts, something that doesn't break the budget. I suspect the problems stem from my CPU, as in Task Manager, playing a game like Battlefield One takes up 80-95% of the CPU usage, and it has to run beyond 100%.

CPU-AMD A8-7600
GPU-Radeon RX 480 (I believe there is a 2nd one in there, a Radeon R7. Could that pose a problem?)
RAM-Dual-Channel DDR3

I bought and installed the RX 480, so I know its a good GPU, but what else should I do to optimize my computer's performance?

Thanks in advance!

You need a better CPU. BF1 is a cpu heavy game and your cpu is very weak. Infact any cpu you can put in that board will struggle to run a game like BF1. A cpu that will enable you to fully utilize that RX 480 would required a new motherboard and if you go current gen new ram(ddr4).

Not necessarily a new computer, you can still use the old drives, GPU, case and PSU. Just need to replace CPU + mobo + RAM, and we still need to know your budget.

If you are tight on budget you may as well buy used Intel i5/i7 from 2nd through to 4th gen + mobo for it and reuse the DDR3 RAM.

That greatly depends on your budget.

The budget is roughly $500-700

Yes, the main problem of your PC is cpu, because A8-7600 is terrible fpr anything but HTPC, so you have to upgrade.. But the adviced list with i5 8600k is out of this world.. I believe every sane person should buy things with best possible performance/price ratio.. In this case, if you want the cheapest CPU which could handle your GPU, it would be Ryzen 3 1200 (if you want to OC) or Ryzen 3 1300x (if you do not want to OC) with a good b350 motherboard and 8 or 16 gigs of RAM, speed of RAM doesn't matter that much.. If you would like something better, ryzen 5 1600 would that be.. Intel procesors are too expensive with those high end z370 motherboards

Things are changing, and its more likely that I'm going to just replace parts instead. That being said, that means I'm not selling my computer, and I won't have much money at all, so cheaper solutions are preferred. Thanks for all your help and patience!
