Hey guys, I am about to buy the parts for my first ever gaming PC. Before I do so, can anyone look it over to see if there's anything I need to change? If you can decrease the cost without completely downgrading or anything, thatd be great.
Here it is:

And for the link to the list:

Thanks a lot guys!!!

The build looks ok, but if you want to fully optimize the system for what you have (not really mandatory or anything), here’s a few tips.

1) you have a non-k cpu and an overclocking capable mobo. Why not upgrade the cpu to the k version?

2) I would recommend ddr4-2400 or better, but, heck, ram is ram.

1) I'd get atleast DDR4 2666 for that Coffee lake cpu. Heres some that are not only faster but costs less aswell

2) Get a better PSU those G1s aren't very good and there are higher quality options available at that price.

Hey thanks for the reply! I know this may be a silly question but is 550 watts really enough? If I upgrade my PC I will surely need to change the PSU, correct?

Just my opinion: HAF912 is a good case but it is outdated from external to internal look. Get Phantek 400 or similar case with tempered glass. New case now move to tempered glass side panel, RGB light, and hiding power supply, hard drive and SSD internally, better internal airflow.

The case was a big grey area. So much so that I actually was not going to buy it until after some research. The best 2 days i really just looked at parts but not the case, however my friend recommended me the NZXT S340. Whats your thoughts on that?

When it comes to case, everyone will have his/her preference so I think it is best for you to go to youtube and look at the reviews of some cases before making the final decision.
