Just got my first gaming PC! What games do I get first?

I finally got a PC and, although it is a fairly low powered machine, I am looking to get into some PC gaming. The Steam Winter Sale is currently happening, and I am wondering what to buy. I am thinking about buying either Squad or Arma 3 because those mil-sim games look very fun, but I am worried they will be too advanced for me. I am open to any games however, so all suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Solution
Try Battlefield 1. It's a good mix of casual game and team work. You can do your own thing and no one really cares but you can also try to play as a team mate and help others. If you decide you just want to mess about and shoot players for now you can try CoD WW2. If you decide you want more depth and interaction with your team then Squad is where it's at. Arma is very complicated sometimes and not something I would really recommend for a noob gamer. So many keys and options it's a bit daunting.

If you are interested in a Mil-Sim I would suggest a new game that will be going on sale in a couple of days. Check out EscapeFromTarkov.com Great game. Big learning curve, but VERY intense and a pretty darn good gaming community. It is kinda hard on the system though so you may have to run it on lower settings. I hope you have at least 8 GB of ram but 16+ is better.

Here:
CPU - Ryzen 3 1300x
RAM - G.Skill 8GB 3200Mhz
GPU - MSI GTX 1050 Ti

Only included the specs I found important for now.

I wasn't asking what I can run, I just meant what are some good PC games I should get. Also what are some cheap or free games that I wouldn't have known about.

I have been looking at Escape from Tarkov for a while, but at this stage in the game and in my PC experience I think it is too advanced and their is not enough content for its price yet. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I second Battlefield 1 - on sale on Origin for $25 for game n all expansions.

Limbo and Inside should be cheap and are good indie platform/puzzlers.

Borderlands 2 is a fun shoot em up with low requirements.

Witcher 3 is one of the best fantasy RPGs ever or could do Skyrim.
