Hey guys, so I’ve been using my pc fine for around a year until i try to boot it up today and there’s no signal from gpu???

I’ve tried reseating ram/gpu with different slot combos and different cable ports on psu to no avail.

I’ve also updated bios.

The system will run fine without a GPU installed on intel graphics but when i then reinstall my gpu there’s no output and I can’t even seem to enter bios.

There’s a code “b2” on my mobo.

Thing that bugs me is the fans spin and the lights come on as i boot up but then after a few seconds the lights go off and it throws the “b2” code on mobo debug.

Any help would be much appreciated

Sounds like the BIOS went south on the card for some reason. That card should have a BIOS switch near the power input, with the system off try change the position of the switch and see if it boots. If that doesn't work, given you had it in use for a year, it's likely the GPU died.

Yeah just tried to boot it again after switching from “master” to “slave” mode and still same error code on mobo with no output. Will try it in a different machine tomorrow and see if it still isn’t working but i just checked and it’s still under a year so i should be ok to return it under warranty.

Thanks anyway
