MSI P35 Platinum Blue Screen

I'm using this mobo for 2 weeks. First 3-4 days there was no problem. I closed my pc then when i open the pc i get blue screen at "Starting Windows". I've tried to change other rams, other slots. I've changed my HD. Also I'm getting blue screen while formatting. I've tried IDE and AHCI mod while formatting. It didn't fix.
Motherboard: MSI P35 Platinum
CPU: Core2Quad Q9400
RAM: 4(2x2) GB 800 Mhz DDR2
GPU: Radeon HD 3650
PSU: 350W

I'm booting from USB then deleting all partitions then installing windows(blue screen at here) (Windows 7)
My blue screen's ss: BlueScreen/ I've tried 3 different HDs.
