Computer randomly shuts down

Recently I got a new motherboard. Even before that, my PC had been crashing randomly (typically when opening an application, clicking on a YouTube video, but now it happened while in-game), but it still does occasionally crash.
I have a feeling that it might be the PSU. It has been making noises (it does vibrate, being the cause, most probably). I am planning on getting a new one.
Specs:
- Case: Spacer Galaxy, with an integrated power supply (https://www.pcgarage.ro/carcase/spacer/galaxy-500w-black/)
- 2x4 Gb of RAM, Crucial DDR3 1600MHz
- An ASUS A88XM-A motherboard, FM2+, 4 DDR3 slots
- AMD A8 6600K CPU, with an integrated Radeon HD 8570D, with 2 Gbs allocated,
4 cores on 3.9 GHz, with an aftermarket cooler (a lowest-end one(yet it's still better than the one that came with it)). Before the cooler got replaced, I had it overclocked to 4.2 GHz, but it was overheating. Now it runs just fine with a peak of around 70 degrees (the oldel cooler let it up to 80+).
- A WD 1TB 7200 RPM HDD
- Windows 10 Pro x64

It has never crashed before while being in the BIOS or when in sleeping mode.
Since the motherboard is freshly put in, all the connections have been checked.
Is there any chance it's not the PSU? I would not want to replace the RAM.
+ Sometimes when I move the case slightly (with a bit of speed though), it shuts off, but upon starting up it tells me that it detected a power surge and shut down.
When it does it by itself, it does not.
+ Windows event viewer logs it shutting down unexpectedly.

Solution
It's most probably be the psu. Integrated one? Can you post a picture of it's back label? Baring in mind that the retailer does not even name it, i would consider changing it before a fire errupts...

did you reinstall your windows as soon as you setup your motherboard? but before you do that, we need to make sure you can transfer your license from your current windows to your new fresh re-install with your new mobo. i can help guide you on that.

but if you already did, and you dont find any error logs. its most definitely on your hardware/bios level. you can check the following
overclocking -- try resetting back to stock speeds
overheating -- check temps in your hardware
ram -- do a memtest
powersupply -- try to check on it

This is it, taken from a site where you can buy it. (https://www.pcgarage.ro/surse/spacer/500w-1/)
It's around $16.

About the other answer, nothing is overclocked at the moment, all my temps are great (the ones I can read, of course), memory test succeeded just fine, so the only thing left is to take a look at the power supply.
I forgot to mention, after shutting down, about 3-5 seconds it reboots.

Change this piece of crap before it burns anything, no matter this resolves your issue or not. Since you passed memory test, your psu is all what is left to check

Well, I'm on getting the money for the new PSU. Would have bought another one anyway.
Had been using it since February 2016. Though I heard no good about cheap power supplies.
Thank you for your time!

Yes, don't get cheap on your new psu. You can see for tomshardware psu tier list. It's a good guide to get you on a right decision
