I can purchase in US but cannot apply for rabate codes plus there is tax since I would have to ship to California.
Many thanks.

^ absolutely yes - id rather see you buy a new unit from a proper retailer though .

something classed as 'new-other' could mean anything.

These units are semi modular - meaning cables are removeable - If you muat go for the ebay one then at least make sure that ALL the modular cables are included with it.
A cx550 is $49.99 from amazon & is easily better than anything you listed.

I dont understand your actual location as one of your links is for a slovakian website ??

If ypu are in slovakia the the cx450 is available locally to you & will do the job

That's the minimum recommended wattage. NVIDIA accounts for crappy PSU and power hungry CPUs and other parts when giving that recommendation. In reality OP's build needs ~320w on a gaming load.I'd suggest a 550w unit.

thank you for correcting what I meant , yes your right, and in my experience I have seen a GTX 970 that everyone state will not is more than 75w, consume over 150 when gaming. so I prefer to suggest a power supply that will cover the issue, over saving 20-30$ and have a PSu die and take the motherboard with it.
I think the recommended PSu from manufacturers of the video cards should not be ignored, but eh.
How many do not, and how many here post daily about " psu dead or GPU dead" and 99% of cases, using crappy 500w power supplies. it's just a reality everyone seems want to ignore. and instead of recommending a platinum 500w psu at 150$, a 750W Bronze at 75$ will do the exact same thing and the 750w will have less stress imposed on it because you will not go over the 50% usage draw of power on it. its simple electrical laws.

A PSU takes out parts when it dies due to a lack of protections.

With that quote, if you're talking about efficiency, it doesn't work that simply. ECOVA 80+ ratings can be even misleading for efficiency, as some brands will cherry pick them a PSU, use fake badges, etc. and there methodology hasn't changed for the past 10 years.

Take the 550 Seasonic Focus Plus Platinum for example, and compare to the EVGA 750 BQ.
According to this review, the EVGA BQ 750 at a ~320W load is approximately ~86.7%. Compare it to the review of the Seasonic Focus Plus Platinum 550, at a ~320w load it is around 92%.

What is far more important than efficiency badges is the quality of the unit. Whether they can deliver quality electricity, includes necessary protections, and can last. I'd much rather use a Seasonic Focu Plus Platinum any day of the week, even for a build that consumes ~320w while intense gaming. That is if it fits in my PSU budget.

If you prefer to use efficiency ratings, I suggest to ignore the 80+ ratings. Instead look at Cybenetics ETA ratings. They also do proper testing and analysing for each PSU if you want to find the performance/quality.

Also, OP can't really afford any decent 750w unit, yet alone a top quality 550w unit. Right now the corsair CX550 or CX550M would be the best choices.
