How do i undervolt my CPU using bios?

So im currently running an undervolt using XTU but the problem is those settings dont save after i restart my PC so that is a bit annoying.

So how would i go about applying these settings

using my BIOS. In the bios i got 3 options for the CPU Voltage, Auto, Adaptive, Offset and manual

Another thing to note is that my BIOS says the CPU voltage is 1.120 meanwhile HWMonitor says its 1.2

Edit: So i went into the BIOS and changed it to offset and set the value to -0.170. Now HWMonitor shows 1.050 on the VCore and CPUZ shows 1.050 as the CPU Voltage. But for some reason the Voltages under the CPU section in HWMonitor shows the voltage as 1.2

set your bios to manual type in the voltage you want

your bios is going to be always more accurate than hw monitor and cpuz

lets say you set your cpu to 1.2v but at idle your cpu only uses 1v so your computer is never going to use more volatages than what it needs to do at that second but lets say you open up a game your cpu is going to say hey PSU i need more volts so it gets more volts.
but when you tell it the max is 1.2volts and you try to open a game and the cpu says i need 1.3v to run this game and you told the CPU that the max you need is 1.2v. you are going to run into issues.
